While Mr. Moreland served in a variety of roles in nonprofit organizations, a lack of availability of funds to hire full-time employees that could fulfill office duties was widely apparent. Many of these organizations depend on volunteers to give their time and talents so that the goals of the organization can be met. While there are large numbers of qualified people who give of their time and talents, many lack specific skills which would ensure that the flow of business conducted is seamless and professional.
